1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pledge Care, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Pledge Care provides

Pledge Care helps users create pledges, schedule reminders, confirm daily actions, review history, and support accountability for themselves or for people they care about.

3. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your own account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
• You may not use Pledge Care for unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass security.
• Do not misuse shared accountability features to harass or manipulate others.
• Do not upload or submit content you do not have the right to use.

5. Health and wellbeing notice

Pledge Care supports routines and accountability, but it does not replace professional medical, mental health, or emergency services. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and care.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require a purchase. Pledge Care offers a one-time Lifetime purchase that permanently unlocks premium features and does not auto-renew. Where offered, an auto-renewable subscription may also be available; if you buy one, it renews automatically unless canceled according to the applicable store rules. Purchase details, pricing, and terms are presented in the app purchase flow.

7. Intellectual property

The Pledge Care name, design elements, website, app interface, and related content are owned by or licensed to Pledge Care. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.

8. Availability and updates

Pledge Care may change, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pledge Care is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pledge Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

Pledge Care may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, misuse the service, or create security or legal risk.
