Account deletion

Delete your Pledge Care account.

When you decide it is time to step away, Pledge Care should make leaving as calm as joining. A clear in-app flow permanently removes your account and the data tied to it.

Delete from inside the app

Open the Pledge Care app.
Go to Profile.
Open About.
Select Delete Account.
Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

What happens next

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and related personal data from Pledge Care, subject to operational and legal retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot reach the in-app flow, a lost device, a signed-out account, or anything else, write to [email protected] and a real person will help you finish the process.
